Palm Islands
The Palm Islands are artificial islands in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on which major commercial and residential infrastructure will be constructed. The islands are the largest land reclamation projects in the world and will result in the world's largest artificial islands. They are being constructed by Nakheel Properties, a property developer in the United Arab Emirates, who hired the Dutch dredging and marine contractor Van Oord, one of the world's specialists in land reclamation. The islands are the Palm Jumeirah, the Palm Jebel Ali and the Palm Deira.
The islands were commissioned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in order to increase Dubai's tourism. Each settlement will be in the shape of a palm tree, topped with a crescent, and will have a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment centers. The Palm Islands are located off the coast of The United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf and will add 520 km of beaches to the city of Dubai. (info from wikipedia)

Who's owned this yacht?
Kingdom 5KR is a 281 foot/85.65 metre superyacht owned by Al-Waleed bin Talal. It was built in 1980 by the yacht builder Benetti at a cost $100 million and designed by Jon Bannenberg. Its initial interior was designed by Luigi Sturchio.
What surprise me that this yacht was own by several richest man..
It was originally built as the Nabila for Saudi billionaire, Adnan Khashoggi (named for his daughter). At the time of its construction it was one of the largest yachts in the world.
During its days as the Nabilia it was featured in the James Bond movie Never Say Never Again in which it was the Disco Volante (translated into "Flying Saucer") which was the villain's yacht.
After Khashoggi ran into problems he sold it in 1988 to the Sultan of Brunei who in turn sold it to Donald Trump for $29 million who renamed it the Trump Princess after retrofitting it.
When Trump ran into financial problems he sold it to Prince Al-Walid bin Talal for $40 million in 1991.
The yacht's name stems from his investment company ("Kingdom Holding Company"), his lucky number ("5"), and his children's initials ("K" and "R").
It has a beam of 43.5 feet, a draught of 15.5 ft and fuel capacity of 136,000 gallons.

Dubai's Future Look
Dubai's shoreline is expected to look from the sky once The World and the Palm Trilogy of man-made islands are complete.
Nakheel, the developer behind The Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira, created the image by super-imposing illustrations of the finished projects onto a recent satellite photo.
Between them, these three developments will add more than 400km of coastline to Dubai, and cover a land mass bigger than Manhattan, at 60 square km.
Mercedes Benz on ceiling
If you now go to Moscow airport in Russia you will be able to see a Mercedes Benz car as you have never seen before. This full size Mercedes Benz car be seen nailed to the ceiling in one of Moscow airports now. EnglishRussia.com reports that it attracts a lot of attention from travelers and questions like whether it is safe to walk beneath it or whether it might occasionally fall on your head?
Sign next to car says in Russian, "This isn't a private plane. But the feel is the same."

The richest Residence

To everyone’s surprise, price tagged at $ 2 Billion, Antilla (named after the mythical island) is in India and is World’s First Billion Dollar Home. Indeed, like its name, it houses stuff that surrounds myth!
Owner is India’s richest, Mukesh Ambani of Reliance fame whose net worth was 43 Billion in March of this year and was the 5th richest in the world.
The only remotely comparable high-rise property currently on the market is the 70 million dollar triplex penthouse at the Pierre Hotel in New York, designed to resemble a French chateau, and climbing 525 feet in the air.
When the Ambani residence is finished in January, completing four years of design and construction, it will be 27 story and 550 feet high (height which normally houses 60 floors) with 400,000 square feet of interior space. (Read more)
